Beef Short-Rib, succulent, juicy, tender! Saffron’s favourite beef cut. Fantastic for slow cooks in the oven or smoked in a bbq smoker! If stewing or braising, we recommend the cross-cut (chimed) variety as it eats easier and cooks faster. (Price per Kg) The 6cm cut also works well if you’re after chunkier pieces. Our uncut ribs come as a 5 bone rack the size of an A4 page. (Each rack 1.8-2.5 Kg). Don’t fancy a whole rack but want to try the long bones for a smaller iconic meal? Then go for the dino bone which is a single/double, highly marbled long rib bone, typically 25cm long! (Sold Frozen).
